This advanced vacuum oven features digital electronic controls, integrated over-temperature protection, and a versatile vacuum/purge/release system. It is designed for a wide array of applications including drying, curing, outgassing, aging, process control, and other tasks that require elevated temperatures in reduced atmospheres, or vacuum/purge processes with nonflammable and inert gasses.

Digital Microprocessor Control with Single Setpoint:

  • Achieves a maximum temperature of 260°C (500°F), maintaining near the setpoint with a nominal uniformity of ±3.5%.
  • Features an LED display for simultaneous viewing of the setpoint and actual temperature, accessible via push-button.
  • Utilizes keypad data entry and a pull-out control module for straightforward servicing.
  • Includes an independent over-temperature safety mechanism, preset at the factory, with a reset push-button for additional security.

Vacuum System Specifications:

  • Equipped with a 1 inch (2.54 cm) manifold on the chamber's rear exterior, facilitating connection to a pump or in-house vacuum source.
  • Incorporates an inert gas injection valve, a fresh air inlet, a vacuum exhaust port, and a controllable vacuum release vent port.
  • Capable of reaching 1000 microns (1 torr).
  • Front-mounted vacuum gauge, alongside vacuum, gas, and inlet valves for easy operation.
