How can I place an order?

There are two ways to place an order for all items with a listed price. First, you can order directly from our website using any of our accepted payment methods and have the item shipped to you after purchase. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to Aurelio at aurelio@karpmed.com, and he will guide you through the entire purchasing process. If you prefer to use a Purchase Order (PO) and invoice system through your company, we accept these types of purchases as well. We can also provide quotes and packing slips to streamline the ordering process for your company.

What are your shipping options and can I pick up my order?

We offer shipping through our website, which is automatically calculated at checkout. Your items will be shipped within two business days after purchase. If you are in the Bay Area or want to avoid shipping fees, we offer warehouse pickup. Contact Aurelio at aurelio@karpmed.com to arrange a pickup. Our warehouse in Sunnyvale, CA, is available by appointment from 11 AM to 3 PM PST. Picking up your order allows you to see our entire inventory in person and test items before purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and some payment plans through Shopify Pay. Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have recently updated our policy to include a 30-day warranty on all items sold. Previously, our inventory was sold as-is, but we stand behind the consistency of our products. If an item is damaged or not functioning within the first 30 days after purchase, we offer a refund, exchange, or repair, based on the client's preference. For items sold as brand new or in the box, we do not offer a warranty, as any malfunctions would be the manufacturer's responsibility.

Is there a warranty on your products?

What is the difference between putting something in my cart and receiving a quote?
