• Closed-Loop Feedback: OmniCure® S2000 constantly monitors the lamp's intensity and adjusts the iris to maintain a consistent light output within +/- 5%. This real-time adjustment ensures precise and consistent energy doses, which is critical for effective curing. 
• Powerful 200 Watt Intelli-Lamp®: Offering a guaranteed life of 2000 hours, the 200 Watt Intelli-Lamp® delivers faster curing and robust UVA irradiance of up to 10W/cm2. Customers can expect improved reliability with OmniCure®'s latest design enhancements for the S2000 and S1500 lamps, meeting the highest quality and performance standards.
• Faster Shutter Activation: With a maximum trigger shutter activation latency of just 50ms in PLC mode, the S2000 offers unparalleled speed in shutter activation.
• Downloadable StepCure® Software: This software provides the option to directly download a customized multi-phase cure profile to the system, adding user convenience and efficiency.
• Multiple Site Light Delivery: The S2000 is versatile, able to work with multi-legged High Power Fiber Light Guides to cure multiple sites using a single light source. Additionally, Single-Legged, Liquid-Filled, or Fiber Light Guides are available to match different needs.
• Intelligent Automation: Integration into automated systems is seamless with the S2000, reducing development time. The curing system can be externally programmed and controlled via a PLC or directly from a PC, with or without an external dongle, utilizing 15-pin I/O ports or serial communication. PC software and commands come included with the system.
