Loctitie ZETA7740 UV Wand System

Description:

The ZETA7740 UV Wand System is designed with a high-pressure mercury arc lamp, paired with a universal power supply. Accompanied by a separately provided liquid-filled light wand, the system, when activated, takes a few minutes to warm up the lamp to its full power. Upon reaching its peak, it's primed to cure adhesives by directing UV light onto them. The UV energy from the lamp is channeled through a flexible light guide when the foot switch is pressed, opening the shutter. The duration required for curing hinges on the proximity of the wand tip to the adhesive surface and the specific adhesive type. Users can opt for manual or timed exposure modes. The manual mode keeps the shutter open as long as the foot switch is held down. Conversely, in the timed mode, users can set a countdown timer ranging from zero to 99.9 seconds. A quick press of the foot switch initiates this countdown, keeping the shutter open until the timer runs out.
