Hot Air System's Development System

The Development System incorporates all the functionalities of the standard Production Control and introduces additional, sophisticated features for enhanced precision and adaptability. Key elements include:

• A regulated pressure source accompanied by a precise pressure gauge, ensuring meticulous control over operations with a default range of 0 - 8 Bar. For more demanding applications, an optional upgrade to a 0 - 20 Bar range is available.
• A regulated vacuum source, which provides a controlled 0 - 25 mm Hg vacuum, perfect for processes requiring nuanced vacuum conditions.
• The convenience of front panel quick-connects for both vacuum and pressure systems, designed for swift and secure connections.

Building upon the foundation of the Production System, this advanced setup maintains the robust, ergonomic design, ensuring a repeatable and reliable heat source for both manual and fixture-based processes. It retains the built-in heater protection function, safeguarding the system from thermal overload. The default configuration delivers a flow range of 10-100 SCFH with Fahrenheit temperature settings.
