Dymax BlueWave QX4 V2.0 – High-Intensity LED UV Spot Curing System
The Dymax BlueWave QX4 V2.0 delivers powerful LED UV spot curing in a compact, highly versatile package—perfect for precision applications requiring speed, consistency, and flexibility. Designed with advanced curing needs in mind, this system includes a controller with a foot switch and supports up to four LED heads, each of which can be configured independently.
Available in 365nm (RediCure), 385nm (PrimeCure), or 405nm (VisiCure) wavelengths, the LED heads can be paired with 3mm, 5mm, or 8mm focusing lenses. Each head can be operated separately, with intensity and exposure settings adjustable in 1% increments from 10% to 100%. This “variable mode” capability enables fully customized curing profiles for different applications—all from a single controller.
With peak intensities up to 22,900 mW/cm², the QX4 V2.0 cures adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other light-curable materials in just seconds. Full performance specs are available in the product datasheet.
An intuitive control interface makes it easy to set up and operate the unit. It can be activated via footswitch or seamlessly integrated into automated processes through a PLC connection.
