The Dymax BlueWave® MX-150 is a high-intensity LED curing system designed to deliver fast, consistent, and reliable curing performance for a wide range of medical device, electronics, and industrial manufacturing applications. Unlike traditional spot-curing systems, the LED chip is located directly within the emitter, minimizing intensity loss and providing more consistent curing results without the limitations of long or bent light guides.

The system features an intuitive touchscreen controller that allows users to easily adjust curing parameters, save custom curing programs, and switch between production and administrative settings. Available in 365 nm, 385 nm, and 405 nm wavelengths, the BlueWave MX platform can be tailored to match specific adhesive and material requirements.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the MX-150 emitter can be integrated into automated production environments, mounted to robotic systems, or used as a benchtop curing solution. With output intensities up to 40 W/cm² and instant on/off operation, the system provides fast cure times while eliminating warm-up periods and reducing energy consumption.
