Model 2000:

The Hydraulic Burst-Leak Tester (HBLT) is a tabletop, computer-controlled device designed for both destructive and nondestructive hydraulic pressure testing using distilled water. The user-friendly touch screen interface allows operators to program and save up to 40 different custom tests. The HBLT can also be operated remotely via the serial link using the optional Pressure Manager Software available through Crescent Design or user-created remote control software.

The more you automate, the more you save, and that's exactly what our Smart Manifold helps you achieve.

By connecting the Smart Manifold to our Hydraulic Burst Leak Tester (HBLT), you can perform unattended testing on one to ten parts simultaneously. With three testing modes to choose from, you can pressurize all selected ports at once, pressurize each port individually, or pressurize only one port at a time. For even greater control, you can integrate our Pressure Manager©, a Windows-based program, to remotely operate the HBLT and run tests that wouldn’t be possible with the HBLT alone.

Purge Adapter: 

Crescent Design is excited to introduce the Vacuum Purge Adapter (VPA) to the market. The VPA is the final piece in fully automating burst and leak testing with the HBLT. When integrated with the HBLT and Smart Manifold, the VPA enables fully automatic purging and prepping of catheters, using a powerful vacuum pump to remove air from the product and prepare it for hydraulic testing—eliminating the need for manual preparation with a syringe.
