The TCD 200 stands out as a sophisticated motorized force tester, integrating the DFS Force Gauge for accurate control and measurement in tension and compression tests, while showcasing digital readouts for force, travel, and speed.

Its dual LCD panels, positioned at the front, relay data on force, speed, and travel. The front keypad aids in programming key functionalities such as test speed, setting high and low travel limits, and test repetition cycles.

The DFS Force Gauge enables you to set force limits which, when reached, can either halt the TCD 200 or allow it to oscillate between the set parameters.

Further enhancing its versatility, the TCD 200, in tandem with the DFS Force Gauge, can be remotely accessed via a bidirectional RS232 interface from a computer. Additionally, the optional Nexygen software offers capabilities for logging data and plotting graphs that capture force and travel metrics.
